EVOKING AND PRACTISING RESILIENCE
INTRODUCTION
In the following text I present tools for the evocation and practice of resilience and thus Spiritual Freedom. Without religious intent, I present five tools that can be useful to you on your life path. These tools are Education, Ancestral Practices, Collectivity, Self-knowledge and the practice of the Present. So here is the idea of re-enchantment of the world through orality, Morrnah Simeona's ho-oponopono, ideas of Eckar Tolle and Maxwell Maltz, in order to decentralise the philosophical ideas from the technical specifications of the text and to share with you these tools that have connected me with Numinous experiences.
I AM THE CHARACTER, I SEE AND PERCEIVE FROM EMOTIONS PLEASING TO THE SPIRIT. WITHOUT SUFFERING.
Understanding that the subject exists in recognition of a structural system that permeates it, and seeing that some enjoy and hold privilege and others lack it, we can deduce that systematic inequalities overlap across different social factors such as race, gender identity, gender, educational level, nationality, etc.... This is why, intersectionality as an analytical tool that recognises the above is part of the set of elements you must carry with you to be resilient when the system presents you with realities that may not be very easy to digest. Given the above, we can choose to leap over systemic inequalities by choosing to exercise the following activities:
1. Education: Taking into account education as the primary factor in destroying the mental patterns of poverty implanted in the psyche of social groups that are not privileged as a result of systematic inequalities. It is imperative to understand that, no matter what path or form we take to educate ourselves as cognitive beings, education is the primary factor in breaking the chains. Now, what is education? It is said to be the preparation and training to inquire and seek wisely and intelligently, to increase knowledge, to give shrewdness to thought, to learn from experience and to learn from others. Thus, to educate ourselves is not only to attend the academy. Considering that people occupying rural riverine areas are generally deprived of ''quality'' education in academic terms, an effective way of acquiring knowledge is to learn from Ancestral Knowledge as a method of resilient resistance, learning from grandmothers, from the Earth and from the habitat. As simple as understanding, how does the management of our territory work, learning to question life itself, why is there no management plan for our territory and how can we create one from our Ancestral Wisdoms? It is important to record, write and shape these land-use plans taking into account human geography and physical geography. "Be like the promontory on which the waves break continually, but be aware that it stands firm and stops the fury of the waters that rush around it'', said Marcus Aurelius.
2 . Ancestral Practices: It is no secret to us the existence of the Ancestors and the role they constantly play in the outcome of our lives. The spiritual guidance we enjoy as Afro-descendants and indigenous people is Coriolis of the energetic power of our roots. Therefore, it is vitally important to protect the culture of Ancestral Practice and the connection to the masters who inhabit the space with us and who in silence are always contributing to our spiritual growth. This raises our energetic power to a plane beyond matter, beyond the structural system that we perceive as spiritual proof. In this way, it is possible to create more life and more light. This connection can be established through something as simple as prayer, meditation, chanting, offerings, rituals and so on. Here, you must become strong in the face of the activity of your geographical environment, in the face of the voices that pass judgement as a mechanism of destruction. These voices are afraid of you and your power. Don't react to them, remember that the word Heretic comes from the Greek word, Elegir.
Above all, try to keep ''in mind'', and persistently ''pound'' on it at home, that the key to the individual's feeling calm or troubled, fearful or balanced, is not in the external stimuli, whatever they may be, but in his or her own response or reactions. The response, then, is what makes one feel fearful, anxious or insecure. If you do not respond at all ''and let the phone ring'', it is impossible for you to feel disturbed, regardless of what is going on around you (Maxwell Maltz in psycho-cybernetics).
3. Collectivity: As a personal experience I can attest that we are not individual beings, and that we work best as a collective. With the identical judgement that you appreciate others, you will have to judge yourself exactly in your own thinking or with the yardstick you measure you will be measured, one sentence was said by Maxwell Maltz and the other by Jesus, when working in a collective it is imperative to strip away judgement towards external subjects. Refrain from judging the feelings, views, desires and needs of others. Think more about what an outsider may want and how they should feel and remember that it is impossible for a human being to be compassionate to others without automatically becoming fully empathetic and collaborative with themselves and this happens because we are One, part of an undeniable collective psyche.
4. Self-knowledge: There is no way to advance if you do not know at least 70% of the quality of your being, which means that if you do not know who you are you will never be free. It is true that the idea of self-knowledge has been capitalised to the point where it seems to be at our southern end, however, a globalised world is no reason not to use reason and find ways to know what our essence is.
Recipe: Start with the day of your birth: What day did you arrive?
Try to remember fragments of your adolescence, as well as the phallic, anal and oral stages, adolescence, adulthood and maturity are stages of human growth. Therefore, it is important to dig deep into each stage you have gone through. For example, what were you afraid of as a teenager, what part of your body made you insecure, what made you happy or what made you angry? Try to ask yourself these questions for each stage you have gone through and try to put them down on paper, write about them and make your own study. The aim is to know where you are so that you know how far you have come. First, this will motivate you. Also examine what situations have brought you to this point and how you can recognise the patterns of behaviour you have been following and make changes, because patterns lead to cycles and in each cycle you will have to change and move to a better position than before. This position is the position in which you elaborate emotions pleasing to the spirit and experience the bliss of the Self.
Here I propose to apply the image of success according to Maxwell Maltz.
SUCCESS
S-ense of direction: Set short, medium and long term goals. It is not for nothing that it has been said that the servomechanisms of the brain when you set a goal drive an extraordinary desire to live. "When you have no goals you are interested in pursuing and you are not looking ahead, in reality you have stopped living". In addition to personal goals, also strive for an impersonal goal, i.e. a "cause" to identify with. Take an interest in some project with which you can help your fellow man, not as something dictated by your sense of duty, but because you want to. (Maltz, Ingredients of the personality of the "successful type" Psycho-cybernetics p. 128).
U-nderstanding: Analyse your reactions and recognise that everyone perceives situations differently. So, according to Maltz you must understand that no one reacts to things <<as they are>>, but to their own mental images. This is why recognising the importance of understanding is an intrinsic part of self-knowledge. So, learn to admit your faults and mistakes, but do not complain about them. Correct them and move on.
C-ourage: To undertake anything, regardless of the consequences. "Touch a thistle timidly, and it will prick you; grasp it boldly, and you will crush its thorns". (William Nichols, Words to Live By, Simon and Schuster, New York.), Faith and courage are natural instincts, you have the necessary resources at your disposal, but you will never realise that you possess them until you have an occasion on which to employ them and make them work to your own advantage.
C-harity: The recipe for the acquisition or preservation of the feeling of charity consists of three parts: 1) Seek to cultivate a genuine appreciation of people by perceiving the truth about them, for individuals are cultures of God who are unique personalities and creative beings. 2) Take the trouble to refrain from judging the feelings, views, desires and needs of others. Think more about what a stranger may want and how he or she should feel.
E-steem (esteem or appreciation): Hold a high opinion of yourself, In this ingredient of the image of success Maltz reminds us that holding a low opinion of ourselves is not a virtue but a defect. Therefore, cease enduring a mental image in which you portray yourself as defeated and worthless. It is also important that you stop and think about how you are going to treat your fellow man. You are dealing with a "unique individual creation of the Creator". Remember that true "self-appreciation" derives not from what you have done or from your own thoughts, but from the "appreciation" of what you are for yourself: a creature of God. When you attain that belief you must necessarily conclude that all other people must be appreciated for this reason alone (Maxwell, Ingredients of success - psycho-cybernetics. Page 137.)
S-elf Confidence: You have much more value than you think.
S-elf Acceptance: You must accept yourself with your mistakes and shortcomings because you are not your mistakes and shortcomings but they help you learn. In this ingredient of the successful personality, Maxell Maltz proposes that the creation of a better self-image has nothing to do with creating new capacities, talents or strengths for ourselves, but in performing and using the ones we have. For Maltz, it is important then, that we learn to accept the real self with all its imperfections as it is the only vehicle we have "to travel through life". So accept yourself, be yourself. You will never be able to perceive the potentialities and possibilities inherent in that special and unique something that is YOU if you turn your back on yourself, feel ashamed or, by hating yourself, refuse to recognise yourself (Maltz Psycho-Cybernetics p. 142). Thus, it is of vital importance to change your inner dialogue to understand more deeply that you are a valuable being and by being here you have been able to touch life, that gives you extreme power that your roots represent.
When I do not know who I am I serve you, when I know who I am, I AM YOU.
5. Practice of the present using breathing technique, meditation, prayers / neurolinguistic reprogramming, among others.
There is no better option to touch the Here and Now than breathing. As easy as learning to breathe and paying attention to the way you are breathing. The practice of the present is not only the idea of blocking the flow of thoughts that go through you, they are not going to go away because you are part of a collective that permeates you as a subject, do you understand that you are part of one or several collective psyches? Perfect, the idea here is not to block or get in the way of the flow of thoughts. The idea is to become the silent observer of them without judgement. The space between one thought and another is a space to create beauty or presence, if you fill it with judgement you will only attract what you do not want in your life. Therefore, it is important that you pay attention to the space between thoughts, and try not to judge the previous thought. As soon as you perceive the thought and become non-judgmental, you create presence and thus new neural networks which will make the practice of the present more and more normal in your daily life.
Meditation: Conscious breathing practice.
I remember the time when the man came up to me and said, "Hey, how is he?
Hey, how are you, are you breathing? Remember Adam and Eve. Look up to the sky, you can't see because you lent your eyes to him. However, he told me not to worry and to breathe. What did he mean, only my divine creative presence knows, which I have access to how? By breathing.
Although breathing sessions are more than ten centuries old practices, there are many contemporary teachers who have made breathing methods known in books, videos, podcasts, among others. For example, the practice of Alkaline Breathing, Fire Breathing, Holotropic Breathing, and others are among the many ways you can use the breath in a meditation in which you can find yourself.
In addition to practice and experimentation with some breathing, you start with the simplest. If you are able to breathe for more than five minutes without a guide to remind you of the times, use box breathing, four inhalation times and four exhalation times, and in each process try to mentally draw a square or box. Another way is to inhale in two beats, rest in one and exhale in three beats.
Thus, you are aware of your breathing as you go through life doing your business. Remember the position your tongue should be in while breathing (3/4 up, over the roof of your mouth, you can swallow saliva and whatever position your tongue is in is the correct position for breathing). Make it a regular practice to breathe and be aware (in times) of how long you are breathing in and how long you are breathing out. Don't forget that breathing should be diaphragmatic, nasal and silent.
The past is of little use to me and I rarely think about it as Eckar Tolle says,
Make it a practice to withdraw attention from the past and the future when you don't need them. Get out of the time dimension as much as possible in daily life. If you find it difficult to enter the Now directly, start by observing the habitual tendency of your mind to want to escape the Now. Through observation of yourself, more presence automatically appears in your life. The moment you become aware that you are not present, you are present. Whenever you are able to observe your mind, you are no longer trapped in it. Another factor has entered, something that is not of the mind: witnessing presence. Eckar Tolle invites us to be present as the observer of our mind, of our thoughts and emotions as well as our reactions in different situations. Be at least interested in your reactions as well as in the situation or person that makes you react. Notice also how often your attention is in the past or in the future. Don't judge or analyse what you observe. Observe the thought, feel the emotion, observe the reaction. Don't make it a personal problem. You will then feel something more powerful than any of the things you observe: the quiet, observing presence that is beyond the content of the mind, the silent observer. (Tolle, The Power of Now, moving deeply into the now).
There are many ways to practice the present. However, an effective way to return to the source is mental reprogramming as a method of practising the present coupled with the power of prayer to the creator, i.e. to reprogram your mind you can start with the practice of repeating prayers that will further your spiritual, mental and material development, make use of prayer as a power. Here, ho-oponopono can be a great companion on the way to making it a natural habit for your mind to think what is good for you. Thus, the mind will become your greatest tool. For this and more, the mind matters.
Manifestation is the source of the creation of that inner dialogue that you are bringing about with the use of prayer in the form of mental reprogramming. You realise that it is not taking control of the vehicle, it is learning to share it. You are not your mind but be aware of the existence of it for your mind is the most powerful tool of creation when combined with the power of prayer, I mean your thoughts create your reality. So it is imperative to understand that the inner dialogue you are experiencing is the engine of creation of your reality. As long as you wish to experience Peace of mind, stillness, understanding of life, Well-being in all aspects of your life, Healing and Protection, the inner dialogue that you must present to yourself must be a dialogue rich in powerful and positive affirmations, this is possible to start with something as simple as the repetition of the ho-oponopono of Morrnah Simeona, a teacher who claimed to have received this prayer directly from the Divine. Then everything will become easier. Here, I present to you Morrnah Simeona's ho-oponopono for practice and uplifting your spirit. If you prefer fewer characters, it is as simple as repeating internally the following four affirmation prayer: Forgive Me, I'm Sorry, Thank You I Love You. These affirmations are so powerful that they resonate strongly with your inner self and will cause a similar effect as repeating Master Morrnah Si's Ho-oponopono Prayer.
HO-OPONOPONO MORRNAH SIMEONA.

Thank You, I Love You.
Recipe: Transcribe one of the two prayers I have presented to you and repeat it for 21 days in a row, it only takes 21 days of constant practice of something for it to become a habit.
At each daily practice, you will read the prayer transcribed on paper and kneel down on your knees if you wish. You will begin to declaim the prayer as if you were talking to God, try not to create a figure superior to you or an idol but rather understand that God is you talking to yourself, asking for yourself, in this way the creative source, which is God, will listen to you because He is Omnipresent, the manifestation of the Divinity, says the King James Bible, cry to me and I will answer you and teach you great and hidden things that you do not know in Jeremiah 3:33. You can be sure that if you cry out, you will be heard.
When you have completed the 21 days, your servomechanisms will have created new neural networks, your microbiome will have begun to listen to you and you will notice that people treat you better, life treats you better. So, the idea here is to write or create your own sentences. So, you can say whatever you want to yourself, but don't idolise yourself or the listening presence, try to listen to yourself while practising prayer. After constant practice, change is sometimes instantaneous for some people. However, let go of ideas of an outcome. Let go of past worries and future expectations. Then you will be able to create a prayer for whatever you are concerned about in your life (peace of mind, balance, health, among others).... And remember, don't give up your desire, give up expectations for the outcome.
Thus, Re-Enchanting the World by the Power of the Word as a pillar of the philosophy of world repoentization opens us to a new oral reality, using the Power of hermeneutics as a tool of manifestation of whatever you desire. Whether it is peace in your geographical environment, getting that dream job or establishing that desired connection, reaching that desired frequency or helping others, the word is the basis of creation. According to Genesis, in the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. It is very clear that the Power of the Word has the ability to change the way we perceive the world.
CONCLUSION
To manifest an ideal ontological experience it is necessary to elaborate emotions pleasing to the spirit, this can be developed by opting for the use of tools such as Education, Ancestral Practices, Collectivity, Self-knowledge and the practice of the Present. In this way it is possible to establish mental, spiritual and material Peace and it is possible to re-enchant the world with the Power of the Word, resignifying the idea of the systematic inequalities that cross the subject.
OF A RATIONAL ROMANTIC THAT RESISTS WITH RESILIENCE.
